SÄKU Conference 2024, Stockholm

What?

We are happy to welcome you to the second SÄKU Conference, again at Högberga gård, just outside Stockholm! This time our special guest will be Clive Lloyd, one of the 5 global thought leader and influencer on Health and Safety! 

In 2021 Clive held a much appreciated webinar at SÄKU. In June 2024 you have the chance to meet him and lots of SÄKU members in person.

The conference will be highly interactive, social and held in English. Comprehensive notes are provided for each workshop session with Clive in a special leadership workbook that you'll get a copy of. In addition, you will also receive Clive’s Amazon #1 selling book, “Next Generation Safety Leadership: From Compliance to Care”.

Optional - June 3 (Monday):

Conference Day 1 - June 4 (Tuesday):

•7.00 – 9.00: Arrival of guests, beakfast for guests that arrived on June 3

•9.00 – 12.00: ”Compliance to Care: The what and the why”-session with Clive

•12.00 - 13.00: Lunch

•13.00 – 17.00: ”Compliance to Care: The what and the why”-session with Clive

•18.00 – 19.30: Mingle boat ride with M/S Nya Hjelmare Kanal

•19.30 – late : Dinner at Högberga gård

Conference Day 2 - June 5 (Wednesday):

•8.00 – 12.00: ”Compliance to Care: The how”-session with Clive Lloyd

•12.00 - 13.00: Lunch

•13.00 – 14.30: Panel discussion with SÄKU Members and Clive, moderated by person from the SÄKU board

About Clive Lloyd

Clive F. Lloyd is an Australian Psychologist specialising in Safety Leadership and Culture development. He was recently named among the top 5 Global thought leaders and influencers on Health and Safety by Thinkers360. He is co-owner of, and Principal Consultant with GYST Consulting Pty Ltd and developer of the acclaimed Care Factor Program. Clive has spent the last 20 years assisting organisations to improve their safety performance by developing trust and psychological safety and doing Safety Differently. He has worked with global mining, oil & gas, construction and utilities companies in Australia, New Zealand, Fiji, USA, Canada, South Africa, Norway, Singapore, China, UAE, PNG, KSA, the United Kingdom and Costa Rica. He is the author of “Next Generation Safety Leadership: From Compliance to Care”.

Clive’s background is in clinical and coaching psychology. He has over 30 years of coaching experience working with people in all levels of management and leadership roles (from the boardroom to the shop floor).

Price until January 31 (early bird):  6 900 SEK, plus room charges (1975 SEK/day)

Price after January 31:  9 000 SEK, plus room charges (1975 SEK/day)

Price Non-SÄKU Member: 10 500 SEK, plus room charges (1975 SEK/day)

All prices come with VAT. The price includes all meals during June 4 to June 5.
