What?
We are pleased to announce that Anna Frost, one of Scandinavia's most appreciated speakers on safety leadership, motivation, and psychological safety, will join SÄKU Conference 2027 (15-16 June) as lead facilitator together with Joakim Vonasek! The conference will take at Donsö Maritime Training Centre in the beautiful Gothenburg archipelago.
Before we gather in June, we invite you to meet Anna in an exclusive SÄKU webinar, where she will share a preview of some of the key themes that will shape the conference.
The most common misconception about Psychological Safety is that it’s about being nice. It’s not about niceness and it’s not a goal to have a group without any friction or conflicting ideas. On the contrary. It’s about allowing there to be room for transparency and diversity. How do we create conditions where transparency, constructive challenge and learning can thrive? And how do we motivate people to move toward a more safe and pro-active culture? And what is an Anti-pilot?
Download the SÄKU Conference 2027 program HERE and start planning for an experience that will challenge perspectives and spark new ideas! Conference registration opens after the webinar on 17 November.

The webinar will be held in English and be recorded and later published at the SÄKU Member Page. As always, you as participants will have the chance to ask your questions live.
