What?
In January SÄKU was happy to invite Finnsafe members to be part of a webinar with Teemu Reiman. On 23 November, Finnsafe returns the favor and welcomes SÄKU members to join (for free) a webinar on how to tackle well-being at work, presented by Pauli Forma, Director of Work Ability Services at Varma!
In this webinar, Pauli will dive into organizational culture and work capacity and explore how work ability can be managed strategically and how corporate culture can support sustainable work ability. During the presentation, he will examine how leadership, shared values, everyday practices, and underlying assumptions shape employees’ ability to remain healthy, engaged, and productive throughout their working lives. The presentation will highlight why sustainable work ability is not only a matter of employee well-being but also an important driver of organizational performance and long-term success.
The webinar will be held in English. It won’t be recorded, so the only way to be part of it, is to join live.
If you have any questions, please contact the Finnsafe secretariat at: toimisto@finnsafe.fi
Warm welcome and hope to see you there!
