SÄKU was happy to welcome Perstorp and dss+ for a webinar that focused on the practical side of working with safety culture, from the consultant and company perspective.

In the first part, Eva Trulsson shared the story of how Perstorp decided to go on the cultural transformation journey, what triggered the start of the journey and decision on cooperation partner.

David Mallard continued by giving us some insights of his and dss+ long history and experience of working with safety culture together with different clients in both Sweden and globally. He also shared his perspective on collaborating with Perstorp.

In the second part, Eva Trulsson and Adam Dalmo shared how they practically and systematically drive their cultural transformation program – in Perstorp called the Careway - and the effect and pitfalls they have experienced along the way.

As always, we had a Q&A part to end the webinar.

The webinar was held in English.
