On the 16th of June, Johan Engman from SSG gave an overview of the matter of AI and Health & Safety.
For this webinar, held on November 26, we were happy to welcome Buddywise and KONE for the first webinar to share a concrete, real-world application of AI being used to drive measurable improvement in workplace safety.
Earlier in 2025, KONE began using the Buddywise Safety Intelligence solution at their factory in Hyvinkää, Finland. They were eager to share why they chose to work with AI and the impact the technology has had on health and safety.
At this webinar, Lamin Faye, CEO & Founder of Buddywise and previous safety executive at Vattenfall, explained the technology and how it empowers a proactive safety culture.
KONE representatives Antti Heikkilä, Supply Chain Quality Manager, and Jami Salomaa, Safety and Environmental Coordinator, shared the real results, lessons learned from tackling safety challenges like uncovering unreported dangers, and the positive impact on their people that real-time risk detection has had.
The webinar was held in English and, as per usual, ended with a Q&A session.
