Om evenemanget

What?

SÄKU is happy to start the autumn season with special guest Tim D’Ath!

At the end of 2024, Tim’s book “Humanising Safety” was published. The book is trying to bridge the cap between traditional views of health and safety and new ones. It does so without making the combined approach too complicated and maintaining a focus on the practical side of things.

During this exclusive webinar, Tim will present a compilation of his book as seen below, providing us with real examples/cases from businesses he’s worked with.

  • Defining safety in the context of your organisation

  • Traditional vs progressive safety approaches (opportunities and potential traps)

  • The psychology of workplace safety: Embracing the human condition and its contribution to safety

  • A four step approach to humanising safety:

  • Understand your people: Case study

  • Make safety simple

  • Involve end-users in the design of safety programs: Case study

  • Crowd sourcing for safety solutions

  • Bringing it all together: Practical take-aways

The webinar will be held in English and be recorded and later published at the SÄKU Member Page.

Warm welcome and hope to see you there!
